Through your Rewards membership, you will be automatically enrolled in the FM Email Program. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time. If you access or use any FM website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your device. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. FM does sell products for children, but only sells them to adults who can make purchases with a credit card. FINAL SALE POLICY
All items offered on such promotion are sold as-is and are “Final Sale”. There are no returns or exchanges accepted. Merchandise marked “Sale” are not eligible for price adjustments on prior purchases or promotions. Final sale offer (“Offer”) is valid for a limited time only, while supplies last at www.freedomoses.com only. Offer limited to stock on hand, FM cannot guarantee that photos offered online reflect available stock no rain checks are available and not applicable to prior or pending orders.

Promotion has no cash value. Consumer must pay applicable sales tax and applicable duties. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted.

Due to the high volume of sales, a delay may occur during order processing and shipping.
Any sale items that are received by return at our warehouse will be refused or sent back to the ship to address on the order.

SHIPPING
We ship inside the US and Canada from our warehouse which is located at 5901 S. Eastern Avenue, Commerce, CA 90040.
We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check you spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
We ship in the US and Canada through Fedex.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
Please allow 8 Business Days for your order to reach you. Delays in shipments can happen due to holidays, backorders, poor weather conditions or other exceptional circumstances. Shipping and processing through any relevant Customs Authority (customs is always the longest part!) may also contribute to the length of a delay. If you are experiencing an unusual delay please contact us with your order number in order to track your order status.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
FM is in no circumstances to be held responsible for any additional local customs or duties charged on your purchases.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you ordered slides through our website (FREEDOMOSES.COM) and you are based in the United States, the products shall be returned in their unused, original and merchantable condition and within the first thirty (30) days after delivery. Please follow the instructions in the footer of the website under "RETURN & EXCHANGE".
Please note that international orders outside the United States are final sales, and we accept no refunds or exchanges for these purchases.
It will take time for your returned item(s) to reach us once you return it. Once the item(s) received at our fulfilment center, we check them and process your request to refund or exchange. Accordingly, please allow a minimum of 30 business days to process your return or exchange.
Exchanges or returns are only valid on items purchased directly from FM and not for purchases made from our distributors or any third-party vendors.
If you asked for a refund, please note that a flat handling fee of USD $11.00 will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge handling fees for exchanges. Upon the completion of the return or exchange processing, you will receive an email notification.
In the case of a return, receipt of this email will confirm your refund amount. Please allow at least 3 business date for the credit to appear on your statement.
Further, please note that FM is not responsible for costs resulting from changes in shipping addresses once packages have been shipped out. Customers are held responsible for costs resulting from abandoned packages and no refunds will be accepted regarding the above.
If you ordered or purchased your FM items through a distributor, a retailer or at a store (physical or online) and not through FREEDOMOSES.COM the items must be returned where they were purchased, and according to the policy of the store they were bought in. These purchases are not exchangeable or returnable to FM directly.
